Career

Throughout the history of MMT (20 years and counting!), we’ve grown from a handful of developers to a large company with 250+ employees and offices in three major UK locations (London, Leeds, Uppingham). We’re proud of our growth as a business, but we’re truly proud of those who’ve been with us from the start. A lot of our employees chose us for their long-term career because we make it one of our key goals to help MMT employees progress in their career as they support us in growing our business in return. It's a win-win!

Learning and Development

We know that change only happens with growth and development. That’s why we’ve worked hard to create a vibrant learning culture here at MMT. Our Learning and Development department is at the forefront of creating and delivering all of our learning initiatives, including dedicated technical academies, targeted soft skills training, first-time-manager workshops and accredited leadership training as well as coaching through our personal development plan programme. On top of this, we encourage all staff to participate in our lunch-and-learns which vary from technical capability to personal interest subjects.

Student Placements

If you’re a student interested in a work placement opportunity, we’d love to hear from you. Here at MMT, you'll learn about your discipline while working alongside some of the best specialists in the industry. To help you learn more about the soft skills required to be successful in the workplace, you will also be guided through our Social Learning programme.
