We implemented the new designs onto the website and greatly improved the user experience by adding a clear navigation which directs users to key conversion pages, we also improved the responsive design of the website to better support mobile users.
Once we had a prototype in place which incorporated the new designs and the UX, we conducted real user testing which resulted in valuable feedback that was factored into the final layout. We continued to conduct A/B and Multivariate testing on the website after the launch to ensure the navigation worked as intended to gain maximum conversions.
To bring the comparethemeerkat.com site in line with the re brand, we created the interactive ‘Who is your hero’ quiz which allows users to determine which meerkat they are best suited to. Users are able to share their quiz results on social media, giving the campaign a further potential reach.
