This is a great opportunity for a Junior Support Engineer to join and help a growing business on the cutting edge of technology. You should be motivated by excellent technical support, by responding to software and hardware requests. You should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved issues. Your role as a Junior Support Engineer will see you gaining an insight into client issues and providing feedback to your team to reduce identified issues. All the while documenting accurately within the Wiki and Tickets. You will also be given the opportunity to install and configure computer hardware, software, systems and networks.


Ideally, you’ll have the following skills:

  • Customer service or help desk experience
  • Experience of handling 1st and 2nd Level IT Support Requests
  • Experience of repairing computers, laptops and peripherals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Exposure to Networks, LAN’s, Internet connections and Firewalls
  • Knowledge of Office365, Active Directory
  • Experience of using Slack
  • Ability to learn new software quickly

It’d be a bonus if you had the following skills:

  • Knowledge of Atlassian services, including Jira, Confluence and BitBucket
  • Experience providing an administration role to Office365, SharePoint and Atlassian services
