15.07.08 - Books as far as the eye can see
The last few months have been spent finalising a major e-Commece solution for Hodder Education to redesign and drive forwards their core online purchasing platform for their market offering to schools, colleges, higher education, doctors and the home learning market.
Using RearView Enterprise to power the Content Management side of the site means that the vast majority of content can be upadated by the client with the rest of it being driven from existing backend systems which have been integrated seamlessly into the site.

01.07.08 - Fore!
Even though we are not allowed to divulge specifics, we really want to shout about our latest Facebook application. This online golf app lets players aim for a personal high score whilst shooting a round. But to see who is really on the pro circuit we integrated a neat piece of .NET coding with the Facebook database to allow friends to challenge each other and compete through shared score boards.
Sound addictive? It is!
The success of the original French version has already led to us creating an English version and with our current trend of multi-lingual apps and sites who knows what language we will make it in next?
13.05.08 - Car trouble?
We are unable to talk about the work that we do for many of our clients, either because we are working on behalf of a 3rd party or because the client likes to keep it on the QT. Because of this we very often are unable to show anyone our Facebook apps or the innovative integration of Googlemaps into Sharepoint and a whole host of other little bits and pieces which we would love to shout about.
To that end it is great to be able to refer people to look at the Centre Locator on www.xpartautoservicecentre.com which is using Multimap’s new API to provide guidance to their nearest garage, directions on how to get there and specifically which services are being offered. And not to fear if you are travelling in Europe this very handy tool will be rolled out to the French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese versions of these sites in the next month.
